When a resident has moved out of your community, you can close their chart on August Health. All information will still be accessible to you after they have been moved out.
To move out a resident:
Step 1:
Navigate to the resident's profile and click to open the dropdown in the upper right:
Step 2:
Select "Move out Resident":
Enter a reason for the move out, a date (depending on the community, you may be expected to use either physical or financial move out date), and optional notes:
