If you need to close or delete a task from a resident's chart, you can do so from the Tasks tab of the resident's chart.
Step 1:
Scroll to the bottom of the Tasks tab.
Step 2:
Click "Remove Tasks".
Step 3:
Select all of the tasks you would like to delete or remove.
After the items are selected, click the "Remove Tasks" button to remove them from the list.
