Medication Destruction Log (LIC 622)

Print a medication destruction log using your residents' existing list of medications.

To print a Medication Destruction Log (LIC 622):

  1. Go to the resident you need the log for

  2. Click on the Medications tab

  3. Under "Download" select "Medication Destruction Log"

  4. Input the quantity of each bottle of medication you would like to appear on the log

  5. Print and fill in remaining information
