When a document is ready for a Responsible Person to sign, it is automatically emailed to their email address on file. If they do not have an email address or prefer to come in, they can sign in person. They can e-sign in person with you using the sign-in-person-now feature.

Step 1:
Open the task from the "Task" tab and select "Request RP Signature" on the right-hand side in the Review screen.
Step 2:
Then click on the "E-sign in person" on the task.
Step 3:
Click on "Sign Now" in the pop-up window.
Step 4:
The Responsible Person will be able to click to sign. They can choose to draw or type their signature. Then select "Insert" or "Insert Everywhere".
Step 5:
After all of the required fields have been completed the Responsible Person will select "Continue" in the top right-hand corner of the form.
Then they will select "I Agree" on the next screen to complete the document. Select "Continue" for the next signer to access the form.
