How to set up a room list

This article outlines how to add rooms in your community. The "Occupancy" tab allows you to add, edit, or delete rooms.

Step 1:

Navigate to the "Occupancy" tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

Step 2:

Click "Add Room" in the upper right corner:

Step 3:

Name the room and select if it is a single (private) or double (shared) room. Click add to save room.

Note- A double room will automatically have A and B added to the room name.

Bulk Add Rooms

Step 1:

Navigate to the "Occupancy" tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

Step 2:

Click "Bulk Add" from the top left of the screen.

Step 3:

Select the number of rooms you want and the starting number— August Health will automatically create the remaining room numbers. Click continue to create the rooms.

Note- Bulk adding only allows numbers.
