You can upload pictures or scans of important documents right into a resident's profile on August Health.
Here's how:
Step 1: Select the 'Documents' tab
Step 2: On the right side, you'll see the 'New Document' menu, with the option to 'Upload a Document' at the bottom
Step 3: Select the type of document from the dropdown list. If you are uploading something other than what is in the list, use the 'Other' option at the bottom of the list.
Step 4: You'll be prompted to enter any necessary information, like a signature date on a Physician's Report or a title for Insurance Cards (e.g. 'Health Company Insurance Cards').
Note: If you have a document that is more than one page, make sure that you have scanned all of the pages as one file. You will not be able to attach multiple separate files. We are working to support multi-file uploads β¨
