Closing (removing/deleting) a Move-In

If a prospective resident is not going to be moving in, you can remove them from the system.

Step 1:

Go to the Move-In's page

Step 2:

In the upper right hand side, click on the down arrow next to "Move-In."

Step 3:

Select "Close Move-In":

Step4:

This will delete this prospect from your system.
