Starting a new Document/Adding a Task

You can open new tasks for a resident any time you need to on the Documents tab using the New Documents menu

On a Resident's Documents tab, you'll see the New Documents menu on the righthand side:

When you click on any of the document types in that menu, you'll be taken to complete the task. For example, if I clicked on Identification and Emergency Information, I'd be taken to this screen to start filling out the form:

When applicable, it will also be added as a task to the Resident's Task tab. You can then share it just like you would any other task!
