You can get an email notification anytime someone else at your community updates a resident record!
How to set up or change which notifications you'll receive:
Click on your name in the lower left corner and then select Account Preferences
Use the toggle buttons to configure which notifications you would like to receive:
Note: you will only have the option to get notifications for parts of the platform that you have access to. For instance, a med tech user who does not have access to Billing will not be able to turn on billing notifications.
You will receive notifications for:
activity from OTHER users (not changes you make yourself)
all communities you have access to
