Whether it's an annual increase or a change in rate due to level of care adjustments, you can increase the monthly or daily rate for a resident by scheduling a rate change.
Here's how:
Go to a resident's billing tab.
Under "Recurring Charges" you'll see the monthly or daily rate
Click on "Schedule Rate Change"
Scheduled rate changes will go into effect on your Billing Report starting on the date you've schedule the rate change for.
