How to Send a Reminder to the Family to Sign Documents

Email reminders can nudge a family member or RP to sign or submit documents needed for admission or care.

Send an email reminder from Tasks

  1. Navigate to the Tasks tab:

  2. Click “Send Reminder” on the right hand side:

  3. Confirm you wish to send an email reminder:

The email reminder is sent within minutes to the RP’s inbox:
