The Rent Roll report shows billing information that has been documented in the Billing tab of an individual resident's chart. The steps below will walk through how to download this report for all residents.
Note: This differs from the Rent Roll in the Billing module that can be found on the left-side menu. To learn more about the Insights reports in the Billing module, click the button below.
Downloading the rent roll report
Step 1:
Navigate to the Residents tab on the left navigation menu.
Step 2:
Select the "download" dropdown in the top right-hand corner, and select "Rent Roll"
Step 3:
In the preview select "Download" or "Print."
