Deleting a mistakenly completed document

Mistakes happen! Follow the steps below to delete a completed document in August Health.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Documents tab of the resident's chart, and open the document you would like to delete by clicking on it.

Step 2:

Select "Delete" on the right side

Note: Permission to delete documents is reserved for specific user types. If you are unable to delete a document and need to have this ability, reach out to your administrator.
