Step 1:
Start by clicking on the "Help and Support" button on the bottom left side of August Health.
Step 2:
Once you've clicked the Help & Support button, you'll see a pop-up window. This is your access to help articles, as well as the Chat with the August Health team!
To explore Help Articles, click on "Search for help".
Step 3:
When you click into "Search for help", you'll then be brought to the resource library. You can look around on your own, or type in your question in the search box.
Step 4:
Once you begin typing, the system will offer articles to help answer your question. Click on one to read or watch and learn more.
