If you tried printing an assessment, and the checkbox selections you made for that resident were not appearing in the print preview - you may need to update your printer settings.
Here's how:
Step 1:
Open the Resident Assessment you'd like to print, and select "Print" from the right hand panel.
Step 2:
When prompted by your browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge) print menu make sure you select to print Background graphics.
Once you've selected Background graphics, you'll see the check box selections appear
