If you're receiving the above alert when finalizing a service plan, this is how you can figure out which sections are incomplete:

Overview

IF a category has MINIMUM, MODERATE, OR MAXIUM assessed needs,
THEN, Frequency, Person Responsible AND Evaluation Method fields must be filled for the section to be 'complete'

IF a category has NONE for assessed needs,
THEN, no additional sections need to be filled to be 'complete'

IF a category has MINIMUM, MODERATE, OR MAXIUM assessed needs,
AND, Frequency, Person Responsible OR Evaluation Method fields are empty, this section will be 'incomplete'

Examples

COMPLETE

This DRESSING category is complete because there is an Objective/Plan, Frequency, Responsible Person, and Evaluation Method selected, this is needed because the assistance level is Minimum, Moderate, or Maximum.

This HEARING category is complete because "None" was selected as the assessed needs, meaning it's NO ASSIST. If the category is no assist, no further fields are required for that category to be completed.

INCOMPLETE

This BATHING category is incomplete because there is an assessed need of either MINIMUM, MODERATE, OR MAXIMUM, and there is a missing field between Objective/Plan, Frequency, Responsible Person, and Evaluation Method.
