Mark a Service Plan as "done"

Complete a Service Plan manually if you're unable to get a family signature

If you've sent a Service Plan for signature, but the family is unable to sign, you can mark the Service Plan as "done" so it does not appear incomplete.

  1. Click on the "Mark as Done" link on a Service Plan that has been sent for signature:

  2. Enter details about why you are marking as done without co-signature:
