Mark a Service Plan as "done"

Complete a Service Plan manually if you're unable to get a family signature

If you've sent a Service Plan for signature, but the family is unable to sign, or if there are other issues preventing a signature, you can mark the Service Plan as "done" so it does not appear incomplete. This ensures that completed service plans are accurately reflected in compliance.

  1. Click on the "Mark as Done" link on a Service Plan that has been sent for signature:

  2. Enter details about why you are marking as done without co-signature:
