Resetting or setting up a password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it via email

Please note, you must have an email address on file with your account in August Health to utilize the "Forgot password" feature:

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Forgot password" button on the login page

  2. Click the password reset link provided in the email.

  3. Enter your new password in the designated field.

  4. Confirm your new password by re-entering it.

  5. Submit the form to complete the password reset process.

If a user does not have an email address associated with their user profile, they will need to reach out to someone with "Organization IT", "Owner", or Director access to Org settings to reset their password. If you're not sure who that person is, please reach out to August Health Support.

Additionally, ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your account and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the password reset email. For further assistance, contact August Health support.
