Resetting or setting up a password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it via email

Please note, you must have an email address on file with your account in August Health to utilize the "Forgot password" feature:

If a user does not have an email address associated with their user profile, they will need to reach out to someone with "Director" or "Owner" access to reset their password. If you're not sure who that person is, please reach out to August Health Support.
