What you can see:
Navigate to the 'Medications' tab:
Here you will see all the current medications for the resident and if you scroll to the bottom there is a button to view discontinued medications.
You will also be able to use our MAR, Medication List, Centrally Stored Log, and Destruction Log. We will discuss these more later in this article.

Printing a Face Sheet:
There are two ways to print a resident's face sheet:
1. Click on the resident dropdown on the top right and click "Print Face Sheet":
2. Click the "Print Face Sheet Button" from the resident's "Details" tab:
You will be able to download or print the face sheet and it will contain the resident's emergency information and their current med list.

Printing a Medication List:
To download a resident's med list, go to their medications tab, then click the "Download" dropdown on the right and select "Med List"
A pop will appear for you to indicate whether you'd like the physician signature line included on the med list. Toggle on to include if needed, and click continue.
You will be able to download or print the resident's medication list.
Printing a Centrally Stored Medication Log:
ββTo download a Centrally Stored Log from the medications tab, click on the "Download" dropdown on the right, and then click "Medication Log".

All medications and related information for the resident will pop-up in a menu. From there, You can add the quantity of bottles received from a shipment by clicking the + next to the medication. Then press the "Download" button at the bottom.
The PDF will appear in a new tab. You will see that the Physician, RX number, and Pharmacy name will be populated for you. Then you can print and enter the quantity, expiration date etc.
If there is a medication that you know has a set number of refills and you don't want to have to print a new log every time, you can download a log for the amount of refills for that medication.
That way you will have you will have just one page for every time you refill that prescription.
Printing a Medication Destruction Log:
To Print a Medication Destruction Log, Click the "Medication Destruction Log" in the "Download" dropdown.
A list of medications will pop-up starting with discontinued medications at the top and all remaining medications at the bottom. Indicate the number of bottles that you are destroying for the medication by clicking the + next to the med in the list and then press download.
A PDF will open in a new tab with the medications you selected and any information related to them. You can print the form and then fill in the remaining fields such as quantity and destruction date.
