There are several different user roles that determine what users are able to do / access in August Health. Roles are assigned based on the user’s responsibilities, and permissions can be customized to align with organizational needs. This ensures that users have the appropriate level of access to perform their tasks while maintaining data security.
Each role has a different level of access in August Health and the options are:
Billing
Director
Front Desk
Med Tech
Med Tech Supervisor
Nurse
Owner
Pharmacist
Sales and Marketing
Social Worker
Staff
Caregiver
Caregiver + eHR
Surveyor
Physician
