Wondering how to decide which user role is best for an individual?

There are several different user roles that determine what users are able to do / access in August Health. Each role has a different level of access in August Health and the options are:

  • Billing

  • Director

  • Front Desk

  • Med Tech

  • Med Tech Supervisor

  • Nurse

  • Owner

  • Pharmacist

  • Sales and Marketing

  • Social Worker

  • Staff

  • Caregiver (Care Track coming soon)

  • Caregiver + eHR (Care Track coming soon)

  • Surveyor

  • Physician
