Most of our merchants appreciate that we (ADU) are transparent about the pricing and usage fee models. However, we received some inquiries about whether we charge based on the total sales.
— No, ADU DOES NOT charge your total sales. Instead, we apply a success fee ONLY when our app helps convert a sale.
How do we charge our merchants?
If a customer's order is worth $100 and a promotion is applied using our app to the whole order (i.e., Automatic, Custom Deal, Promotion Link, etc.), only then will the merchant be charged a success fee.
