What Is considered a "Success Fee"? How does it work?
Updated over 4 months ago

Our usage-fee model allows merchants to only pay for what they use. This has been a huge help in keeping costs down while still providing a great experience for their customers.

We understand that there may be some confusion regarding the fee structure, specifically whether the fee applies to total sales. Allow me to clarify this for you. The success fee is exclusively applicable to the sales facilitated through our app, rather than the overall sales generated by your business.

So, the Success Fee will be charged only when our app helps with the sale, provided that the following promotion has been successfully applied:

  • Automatic Promotion is applied

  • Custom Deal is applied

  • Gifts/Upsells are applied

  • A promotion Link is used

  • Using our app's Free shipping display option

  • Using our app's discount field

Discount Field Usage β€” The usage of the app's discount field, for discounts created in the app and Shopify-based discount code, will be included in the billing for any successful conversions using our app.

Simply said, the success fee is only charged when our app actively contributes to a successful sale, assuming that the linked promotion was deployed effectively. We strongly believe in being fair and transparent, which is why we choose a percentage-based fee than a fixed rate. This guarantees that we are invested in achieving results and are aligned with your success.

Note: All charges will be billed in USD, and recurring and usage-based charges will be invoiced every 30 days.
