If your GWP (Gift with Purchase) promotion still has the "old product tile" (e.g., Classic Lokai) while the corresponding product in the Shopify Products section displays a new title (e.g., Classic Lokai Ultimate), the GWP promotion may not function correctly.
To fix this, simply update the GWP promotion by including the product with the new title. (e.g., Classic Lokai Ultimate).
