Important Update

Due to a change in insurance partners, in-app access to previously purchased insurance policies will be discontinued on December 1, 2025. All existing policies remain active and valid—only the ability to view them in the app will be removed.

Action Required: Download your insurance documents before December 1, 2025, to keep them for your records.

How to Download Your Policies In-App

Follow these steps to download your insurance policies before in-app access is removed:

  1. Open the app menu (usually the three horizontal lines or hamburger icon)

  2. Select "Drone Insurance" from the menu

  3. Choose a policy from your insurance dashboard

  4. Scroll down to the "Documents" section at the bottom of the policy details

  5. Click on each document link to open it

  6. Save the documents to your computer or device

Tip: We recommend downloading all policy documents and certificates of insurance for your records.

Already Have Your Documents?

All insurance policies were automatically emailed to you at the time of purchase from Brokery. You can locate these emails by:

  • Searching your inbox for emails from Brokery

  • Looking for the subject line containing your policy number or purchase confirmation

  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see them in your main inbox

Need Help After In-App Access Ends?

If you need access to your policies after December 1, 2025, you can always request them directly from Brokery:

Simply include:

  • Your name

  • The email address you used to purchase the policy

  • Date of policy purchase, or, coverage

  • Your policy number (if available)

Brokery will forward your policy documents to you.
