Change your email
Open your Profile page.
Tap Change next to your email address at the top of the page.
Enter your new email address.
We'll send a 6-digit verification code to the new address. Enter the code to confirm you own it.
Once verified, your email is updated. You'll be signed out and prompted to sign back in with your new email.
Don't see the Change link? The link appears on your profile view page. If you haven't completed your profile yet, add your name and phone number, tap Save, and the Change link will appear.
Important: your old email will no longer work
After the change, your account is tied to your new email only. If you sign in with your old email, AutoPylot will treat it as a brand-new account — it will be empty, with none of your missions, checklists, or drones. Your data isn't gone; it's all under your new email. Just sign out and sign back in with the new address.
What happens if the new email already has an AutoPylot account
If the email you're switching to is already registered with AutoPylot, the two accounts will be merged into one. All missions, checklists, and drones from both accounts are combined.
Before you confirm a merge, know that:
Merging is permanent. Once two accounts are merged, they cannot be separated again.
Merged items can take a few minutes to appear. Don't worry if you don't see everything immediately after signing back in.
Sign out on your other devices first. If you're signed in on another phone or tablet, sign out there before starting the merge to avoid conflicts.
If your merged missions, checklists, or drones haven't appeared after an hour, contact us through in-app support and we'll get it sorted.
Didn't get your verification code?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the new email address correctly.
For security, code requests are rate-limited. If you've requested several codes, the app will tell you how long to wait before you can request another.
