2. My Own Bank Financing.
Finance through your own bank if you live in a qualifying location. We will send you a purchase order to provide your lender. Once we receive funds from your lender, pay your down payment using any of the methods in option 3 below.
3. Direct Payment in Full.
You may pay via wire transfer, ACH transfer, or debit/credit card. If you pay by card, we will accept a maximum of $25,000. We do NOT accept physical cash or personal checks.
