Business Details
Enter in your ABN Number and click "Verify"
This will automatically display your ABN details, for you to verify that the business information is correct.
Once ABN is verified click on "Continue"
Login Details
Enter First name and Last name
The first and last name of the main account owner.
Enter a phone number
The phone number of the main account holder or the phone number of the business reception.
Enter an Email address
This email will serve as the primary admin login for your Avaana WorkCover account. If the login will be shared and accessed by multiple employees, we recommend using a shared email address.
Create a password
Password requirements are 8 characters, 1 upper case character, 1 lower case character, 1 numerical character and 1 special character.
Click on "Next Step"
Enter the OTP verification code
This code will be sent to the e-mail used to sign up. The code may end up in your email spam or junk folder.
Click on "Resend OTP" if the code is not received.
If you are unable to receive the code, click the "Previous" button and ensure that the email address was entered correctly.
Click "Verify OTP"
Calendar Integration
Select a Booking system
This is the Practice Management Software or booking management system your business uses.
If the system is not in the drop down list, select "other".
Click on "Continue"
Business Locations
Enter the address for your primary location
Select the correct address from the drop down list.
Click on Physiotherapy and select the number of Physiotherapists
This is the number of Physiotherapists that will be participating in the Avaana Workcover referral program.
Click on the + icon to add any additional locations for your business
Enter the address for your secondary location if there is one
Select the number of Physiotherapists that will be participating in the secondary location
If there are more than 2 locations, continue the process until all locations are added
Click on "Next Step"

Review your locations and services
Click "Submit" and login to view your Avaana Dashboard
