Go to Workcover Bookings and click Add Booking.
Select the Patient, Practitioner and Service.
Slots marked with an exclamation icon indicate a conflict (already booked in the practitioner’s external PMS).
If needed, the practitioner can still select the conflicted slot.
A warning will appear: “This time slot is already booked. Would you like to proceed anyway?”
If Yes, the booking will be created and flagged as a Possible Conflict in the bookings list.
