If you're having trouble sending an email invite to a new user (team member or external contact), you need to make sure of the following:

  • Recheck their email address and other details entered on your side to make sure they are correct.

  • Ask the associate to check All Mail as well as Junk and Spam to make sure the emails are not ending up there.

  • Ask the associate to make sure no custom rules are in place for Avaza emails.

After having done your due diligence, if the associate is still unable to receive emails from Avaza, then this could mean that their email address has been suppressed.
