By default, Avaza does not send subscription invoices via email. However, you can contact Avaza support and request them to enable this feature.
Once Avaza support has notified you that the feature is enabled you will start receiving the email on the day the invoice is generated. Please note that you can update the email address that receives the email by navigating to Settings > Avaza Subscription > Billing Contact Details. Click the Update Contact Details button to update the email and other billing-related details as required.
