To do this, open your avec 24/7 app in front of the point of sale and scan the QR code on the screen next to the entrance door. This will open the door and you can start shopping.

If it doesn't open automatically, we recommend that you check the opening hours. If it is listed as open on the website and the door still doesn't open, please contact Customer Support. We are available Monday to Friday and usually respond as quickly as possible.
