To purchase age-restricted products, you are required to scan your identification document (MRZ format) or email us an image of the document (if you do not have an identification document with MRZ format).
If you want to buy tobacco products, do the following:
You scan the QR code on the screen of the tobacco vending machine.
The selection of tobacco products will open on the screen
Then you choose your desired product and confirm the selection on the screen by pressing "Issue".
The product will then be dispensed and added to the digital shopping cart in your app without you having to scan a barcode.
The next time you scan the QR code on the tobacco vending machine to select a product, it will automatically suggest your last purchased product. Tobacco products are non-cancellable and must be paid for before leaving the outlet.
