To purchase age-restricted products, you must scan your ID document (MRZ format) or send us a photo of the document by email (if you do not have an ID document in MRZ format).

If you want to buy tobacco products, proceed as follows:

You scan the QR code on the tobacco vending machine screen

The selection of tobacco products opens on the screen

You then select your desired product and confirm the selection on the screen by pressing "Item issue".

The goods are then issued and added to the digital shopping cart in your app without you having to scan a barcode.

The next time you scan the QR code on the tobacco vending machine to select a product, your last purchased product will automatically be suggested. Tobacco products cannot be canceled and must be paid for before leaving the point of sale. If this does not happen, please contact Customer Support immediately via chat.
