Your card is valid and working? Then please send us the time of the failed payment and your cell phone number via Support Chat.

Your card is invalid or you have exceeded the limit? The payment method cannot be changed during the order process. Delete your cart and change the payment method in the app as follows:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.

  2. Then select the payment method section.

  3. Now you can change your payment method and save it.
