Is your card valid and working? Then please send us the time of the failed payment and your mobile phone number via support chat. Customer support will then try to charge you for the purchase afterwards.

Is your card invalid or have you exceeded the limit? The payment method cannot be changed during the order. Delete your shopping cart and change the payment method in the app as follows:

Click on the Settings icon.

Then select the Payment Methods section.

You can now change and save your payment method.
