Managing Your Account & Security Settings

How to update your profile, change your password, add passkeys, and manage active sessions in Avpro Connect.

Written by Isaiah

Accessing your account settings

After signing in, click your name or avatar in the top-right corner and select Account, or navigate directly to atlas.avproglobal.com/account.

Updating your profile

In the Profile section you can update your display name. Your email address is tied to your account and cannot be changed here — contact Avpro support if you need an email update.

Changing your password

  1. Go to the Password section in Account settings.

  2. Enter your current password, then your new password (twice to confirm).

  3. Click Update Password.

If you've forgotten your current password, sign out and use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page.

Passkeys

Passkeys let you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key — no password required.

Adding a passkey

  1. Go to the Passkeys section in Account settings.

  2. Click Add Passkey.

  3. Follow your device's prompt to register your biometric or hardware key.

You can register multiple passkeys (e.g., one for your laptop, one for your phone).

Removing a passkey

  1. In the Passkeys section, find the passkey you want to remove.

  2. Click the delete icon next to it and confirm.

Note: If you remove all passkeys, you'll need to sign in with your password or magic link instead.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

See Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for full instructions on enabling, using, and disabling 2FA.

Active sessions

The Sessions section shows every device and browser currently signed in to your account.

  • Each session shows the device/browser and when it was created.

  • To sign out of a specific session (e.g., a device you no longer use), click Revoke next to it.

If you see a session you don't recognize, revoke it immediately and consider changing your password.
