To restart your watch, press and hold the haptic button on the left for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

Restarting your watch doesn't delete any data.

You may need to restart your Fitbit watch if you can’t sync your watch with the Fitbit app on your mobile device.
