The reports tab contains a summary of client and staff engagement on the Awake Labs platform. This can be useful for troubleshooting issues such as:
Are there any clients who need help connecting their devices?
Are there any staff who need support logging into the mobile app?
⚠️ Only Managers and account Champions can access the reports tab. If you are not signed into a manager account you will not be able to see this feature.
How to Use the Reports Tab
Client Usage
The Client Usage section displays the last date each client was active and the hours of data for each:
An Active Client is a client who is successfully sending data from their watch. This means they have done the following:
Charged their watch ahead of time,
Put their watch on their wrist,
Turned their watch on,
Been within Bluetooth range of their companion phone (Fitbit devices),
Been within Wi-Fi/LTE range (Samsung Watches)
Staff Usage
The Staff Usage section displays how many staff have been active on the Awake Labs mobile app:
A staff member is considered active on the mobile app if they've opened the mobile that day.
If staff usage is below what you expect, it may be helpful to check that everyone has managed to sign into their mobile device.
