Donor Portal

The Donor Portal enables donors to view data for awarded applicants. Here are a few things to note:

  • You can create Donor accounts that do not have public profiles if your Donor doesn't want to be showcased on your website.

  • Donors don't see awarded applicants until a scholarship is published.

  • Donors only see awarded applicants for their scholarships.

  • Donors only see questions that applicants have provided a response to. This allows you to include all questions that a Donor may need to see, but they'll only be shown what the respective applicants have answered.

Setting up the Donor Portal

  1. Create your donor accounts and associate donors with their scholarships on the scholarship details screen.

  2. As an an administrator, go to Settings > Donor Visibility to select questions that you'd like donors to see from the search menu > then click Save Changes to save.

  3. Publish scholarships and notify donors that they can log in. Upon logging in, they will see a list of awarded applicants for their scholarships. They can click the applicants to see the responses to questions you've selected:

    Note:     You can impersonate a donor by accessing their account page, clicking the hamburger menu and clicking Impersonate User.
