It can be useful to organize contractors into groups with something in common - mystery writers, 3D modelers, bakers who specialize in oversized cakes - especially when you need to recruit a whole lot of them for work at once.
Go the to Contractors screen.
Select the “Groups” tab.
Click the “Create Group” button.
Create the Group
Enter a name for the group.
Choose any number of contractors from the “Add more Contractors” drop-down menu. (If you don't see a contractor you're looking for, start typing it into the field, and AWEbase will look them up.)
Check the “Is Public” box if you want other members of your organization to be able to see this group.
Click the “Add Group” button to create this group and close the pop-up.
