If your organization is no longer using a Title (perhaps because the project is complete, or the Title is on hiatus), you may mark that Title as "inactive." Doing so prevents the Title from automatically appearing on the Title screen or in any drop-down menus.
Note that if a Title has no releases, you can't mark it inactive, but can delete it instead.
Go to the Titles screen and click on the name of the Title you want to mark inactive.
Select the "Tools" tab.
Click the "Mark Inactive" button.
Note: While a Title is marked inactive, you can't create a new Release associated with it, but marking it inactive does not affect its current Releases.
