To send a JobOpp Inquiry to a contractor, that contractor first needs to be add to the system. Adding a new contractor is quick and easy. Simply choose "Add Contractor" from the main drop-down menu, then fill in the contractor's name and e-mail address. (Don't worry if you don't have the contractor's name exactly right; they can change it as soon as they sign into AWEbase themselves. You can learn more about it here.) Now that they're in the system, you can send them a JobOpp Inquiry.
