What should I do if my rental order is rejected?

If your order was rejected, we invite you to place your rental order with another Provider. You won’t be charged until an order has been accepted.

How do I report an issue with my Rental? Or if the baby gear is lost or damaged?

We know how stressful it can be when something goes wrong. Alert your Provider about any issue first.

Also, you can contact us on Chat or WhatsApp at (+39) 353 363 0253. If your baby gear isn’t usable and the Provider is unable to help, we will look for additional solutions to ensure you have what you need for your stay.
