Line Sheets

Updated over a year ago

Line Sheets are visual Product reports which compile your Product Images with key data from your Custom Fields. Use Line Sheets to summarize and review different assortments with internal and external partners alike. Your Line Sheet reports all live in the Line Sheet Library.

Navigating the Line Sheet Library

  • You access the Line Sheet Library by clicking its dedicated Icon in the Global Navigation

  • Linesheets created by anyone on your team live within this Library and are accessible to all

  • Line Sheets are displayed on cards which list the Name, Author and Last Updated date

  • Search for a specific Line Sheet by Name at the top of the page

  • Sort your Item View Library by Name or Date Modified

  • Open any Line Sheet by clicking its card

Creating a new Line Sheet:

  1. Click the “+” (add icon) within the Line Sheet Library

  2. Add a report Name (required)

  3. Add a Cover Image (not required)

  4. Choose the products you'd like to include in your report, by adding a Product Taxonomy / Custom Field filter

    1. Narrow the results of your report to display Products for a particular Taxonomy field (Category, Season or Year)

    2. Refine the results further by adding a Custom Field, to display Products from a certain Factory or Launch Date

  5. Optionally, you have the option to "Switch to manual add mode". This will allow you to manually select Products you wish to include in your report, rather than using the filters.

  6. Click the Create button and the report will be generated, opened, and saved to your Library

  7. To display Custom Fields, click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of your report and select the fields you'd like displayed (maximum of 10 fields)

Tips and Tricks:

  • You must choose at least one Taxonomy or Custom Field to generate the report

  • You can create a report one of two ways, either by the Filter Configuration or manually select Products

  • To download a Line Sheet, click the 3 dot ellipse and choose the format you'd like your Products displayed in.

Managing Line Sheets within the Line Sheet Library

  • At the top, you can search for included Products by name or Style Number

  • Click the Filter icon to access your filtering options

  • You may switch between Product Mode and Color Variant Mode using the dropdown on the right-hand side

    • In Product Mode, the default Product Image is displayed, and assigned color chips map below them on each card
