As a vendor, you can now access tech packs through shared folders in the new Collab App!

How to create & log into the Collab App:
To create a log-in, you will need to be invited by an existing Backbone customer.
The user will add you to a Shared Folder, which will prompt the system to generate an email to you:
Click the blue Create my account link to create your account and password.
You will then be prompted to log into your account. Enter your email address and password to access your account:
Next, you will be prompted to enter a password, confirm the password, and click the blue button with the arrow icon:
Once you are logged in, you will see all the names of the existing Backbone customer(s) that have shared folders with you. They can be accessed by clicking the Organization name link in blue:
When you click the Organization link, you will see all of the Shared Folders from that Organization, as well as the following:
Name of Shared Folder
Number of tech packs in the Shared Folder
Who created the Shared Folder
Last modified date
Click the Shared Folder name link in blue to access all tech packs within that folder:
Once in the folder, you will see all tech packs with the following information displayed:
Tech pack name
Product name
Style #
Date the tech pack was added
Details including the number of attachments
Click the tech pack name to open the tech pack:
From this screen, you can view, print, or download the tech pack and any files that are included as attachments:
Click the paperclip icon to view and download any files included as attachments:
Click the 3 dot-ellipse to download or print:
To navigate out of the tech pack and back to the folder, use the breadcrumb at the top of your screen:
