To withdraw your 529 funds directly into your Backpack account, you need to add Backpack as a bank / financial institution on your Oregon College Savings Plan

Adding Banking Information
Log into you Oregon College Savings Plan account.
Log in to your account, go to the “Settings” tab, and click on the “Add a new bank” button.
Follow the steps to link a new bank account by connecting via Plaid or manually adding an account.
Select “Backpack”
6. Enter your email address
7. Link the account and click continue
8. Success you have linked your Backpack account to your 529!
