Follow our step-by-step guide below to link your USAA 529 to Backpack for electronic transfers:
Link a new bank
Login to your USAA / Victory Capital 529 account
Select the Education Tab on the left
Then click "Manage" on the Education tab
Click on "View profile and documents" on the left hand navigation bar
Bank Information
Select "Bank Information" from the left hand navbar
Click the "Add a New Bank" button

This is where you're going to enter your Backpack account information.

Routing number: Enter your Backpack routing number
Note: When you enter your routing number, you will see the Bank name auto-populate as “Old Missouri Bank”. Banking services for Backpack are provided via Old Missouri Bank (OMB).
Account number: Enter your Backpack account number
Click Next and then Submit
