Delete a Health Entry or Occurrence
There are different ways to delete health info from your Backpack, depending on what it is that you’re deleting.
Note: This can’t be undone – there is no way to recover health information once it’s deleted from your or your loved one’s Backpack.
To delete a Condition, Medication, Treatment, Procedure, Allergy, or Vaccination:
1. Navigate to Health Info and select the health entry you want to delete.
2. Select the delete button at the bottom.
3. To confirm, select Yes, delete at the bottom.
Measurements, Labs and Genetic Results are built for adding more than one occurrence, so that you can add multiple values to them over time. You can delete one occurrence, or, you can delete all occurrences by deleting the item entirely.

1. Navigate to Health Info and select the health entry with the occurrence you want to delete.

4. To confirm, select Delete at the bottom.
To delete ALL occurrences and values of a Measurement, Lab or Genetic Result:
1. Navigate to Health Info and select the health entry you want to delete.
2. Select the delete button at the bottom.
3. To confirm, select Yes, delete ALL values at the bottom.
