You can use Backpack Notes to manage anything related to your well-being:

  • Write journal entries to monitor things like pain levels, medical events, mood, and diet.

  • Jot down notes from doctor visits and keep a list of questions for your next appointment.

  • Add notes to Share Cards to provide more information in your own words.

Write a New Note

First, if you care for someone else, make sure you’re in the right Backpack – you’ll want to keep notes about your loved one’s health in their Backpack, and notes about your health in your own.

1. Select Health Info from the Main Menu

2. Switch the navigation tab to Notes

3. Select the pen icon on the bottom right.

4. Type in the note you’d like to add.

5. Select the checkmark on the top right.

Tip: To give your note a title, add a line break between the first bit of text and the rest of it. This is a good way to quickly find what you’re looking for later.

Note (😀): Backpack Notes are separate from Health Entry Comments you write on your health info.

Edit a Note

Delete a Note

  1. Select Health Info from the Main Menu

  2. Switch the navigation tab to Notes
