Customize and streamline your Group’s medical lists in the app so that it’s easy for members to find what they’re looking for and what feels most familiar to them. You have the ability to add featured search terms as well as suggestions, in any language that you support. Suggestions appear in a list when a user enters a specific category (like Conditions and Symptoms). Featured search terms are prioritized in search results.

Featured Search Term vs. Suggested Term

Suggestions appear in a list when you enter a specific category. For example, when you go to add a Condition or Symptom, you’ll see some suggestions before you start your search. This is a great way to help people find what their looking for.

Featured search terms are prioritized within search results once you start looking for health entries. This way, if a group member enters the featured search term, they’ll see that term only at first, with the option to expand the results to see the rest.

Adding a Featured Search Term or Suggestion

  • Log in to your Admin Dashboard

  • Select Medical Terms from the Main Menu

  • Select the category in which you’d like to customize

  • Select your language or Add another language

  • Select New Terms

  • Once selected you can also choose for the term to be a Suggestion, so that it will appear on the suggestion list prior to search as well as be featured in search results for your group members

  • Once finished with your curated list, select Return to List at the top

Please Note:

  • You’ll want to add each item to as many languages as you plan to support

Removing a Term

  • Log in to your Admin Dashboard

  • Select Medical Terms from the Main Menu

  • Select the category in which you’d like to customize

  • Pick the term you are looking to remove, and select Remove term
