Make it easy for your members to participate in, contribute to, or learn more about your organization's mission by adding a CTA button to your Group’s Info in the Backpack Health app. The button is customizable and can be updated or removed anytime, so your call-to-action can reflect whatever your current goals are – whether they’re ongoing or for something temporary.

The purpose of your CTA button is entirely up to you, but here are some ideas:

  • Donations and fundraising 
  • Event and conference registration 
  • Signups for emails and newsletters 

Note: To add a CTA button, you need to be an Administrator or Owner of your Backpack Group. 

To create a CTA button for your Backpack Group:

  1. Log into your Backpack Group Dashboard.
  2. Select Settings from the navigation menu on the left. 
  3. Click within the field labeled Call-to-Action Button
  4. Enter the text you want for your button label. 
  5. Enter the URL for the website you want your button to go to. 
  6. Click Update

Your CTA button will now display on Backpack Group’s Info on Backpack Health below any contact information and/or social media links you provided. You can update the button (label or URL) anytime. 

To edit your Backpack Group’s CTA button: 

  1. Log into your Backpack Group Dashboard.
  2. Select Settings from the navigation menu on the left. 
  3. Click within the field labeled Call-to-Action Button
  4. Edit the text for your button label and/or the URL for the website you want your button to go to. 
  5. Click Update

Your changes will be reflected in the Backpack Health app immediately. 

To delete your Backpack Group’s CTA button: 

  1. Log into your Backpack Group Dashboard.
  2. Select Settings from the navigation menu on the left. 
  3. Click within the field labeled Call-to-Action Button.
  4. Click Delete CTA Button.  

The button will be removed from your Backpack Group’s Info in the Backpack Health app immediately.
