Have you paid via a friends Backpocket link?
All tickets paid for with Backpocket are sent to the group Organiser, as soon as they checkout with Backpocket and pay their share. So first thing - check with them. They will have your tickets.
If you're an Organiser, the store or outlet you purchased tickets on are responsible for sending you your order, not Backpocket. That being said - we're always happy to help troubleshoot an issue.
